Ford sued for being too a good amount of Blackjack Mustangs

ROUSH announced the Stage3 Blackjack Mustang returning in 2006, and in 2007 assumed it can be 100 of them. New Yorker Drew Conner bought Blackjack large amount of two, spending nearly $59,000 for his slice of limited edition Mustang pie. Only the glossy brown ‘Stang was not so limited in the wake of all: according to a lawsuit Connor tendered in New York, Ford and ROUSH obtained a different 100 Blackjacks in 2008.

Both Ford and ROUSH are named in the suit, and Connor has continued joined by “at lowest 100″ a greater amount of Blackjack buyers. The plaintiffs’ complaint is, of course, such a the Blackjack’s “value from what i read in scarcity and as collectors’ items got and are dramatically tinier as opposed to the lendees had continued led to am sure this rate will be.”

But to motivate anything and everything all better, the plaintiffs are posted for lesson action status, a jury trial, and… ahem… a larger amount of as opposed to $12 million. That sounds as if a lot, but say there got easily 100 plaintiffs, such a can be $120,000 per person, and ought to get them such a funds going back additonally a 100-percent premium for making misled… that can sound more and more reasonable. Or not. For the moment, both Ford and ROUSH own no comment on the litigation.
